Teacher Training in Vilnius,
Lithuania July 2015
An Erasmus Partnership with 3 countries ( Hungary, Lithuania and Spain ) The CITA project aims to promote professional development and international collaboration with quality training courses and conferences for teachers. Ten teachers from each country were selected to take part in a CLIL methodology course at the Vilnius University, Lithuania. I am very grateful to the APABAL teachers ' association for giving me this wonderful opportunity to take part and would like to share the experience with links and photos to encourage other teachers to sign up for future events and courses.

The Balearic Teachers' Association APABAL offered 10 teachers a place on an international training programme as part of the CITA project sponsored by Erasmus+.

Teachers from Mallorca, Lithuania and Hungary joined at Vilnius University for a course in CLIL methodology and practice. Micro-teaching, multi-cultural exchanges, guided walking tours and so much more combined to make the experience truly memorable.
Thank you to all the trainers, organisers and participants for the great time we shared in this beautiful city.
History, culture, art...and delicious food!!
Traditional beetroot soup, potato pancakes and the amazing tree cake... I LOVE LITHUANIA!!
